Purchases worth € 25 and over are sent free of charge without shipping costs.
Purchases worth up to € 24.99 are charged with € 4.50 shipping costs.
COD is charged with € 2.00.
Orders are shipped with cooperating courier companies.
We make every effort so that the orders that have been registered in our system until 11:00 am. from Monday to Friday and if the products you have selected are available, to be delivered on the same day to the company cooperating with us (transport or courier), so that delivery can be achieved within 48 hours. For orders placed after 11:00 a.m. Delivery by us will take place the next working day, in order to be delivered within 48 hours.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00 depending on the itineraries of the cooperating transport companies.
The company is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of products, which are not due to its fault or are events of force majeure, such as severe weather, road problems, strikes, etc.
If for some reason your order is delayed due to lack of the product you have chosen, we will contact you to inform you about the delay time and to suggest you if you want an alternative product.
Changes, replacements or even returns are made only after communication, consultation and instructions received by the customer.
